Why I’m a Doula
One day a dear friend asked me to be her doula. I was shocked because I had never thought about being a doula before. I had two natural births of my own for experience, but I had never actually seen anyone else give birth before. I arrived at her house in labor and we shared a beautiful experience together. I knew right away that being a doula was the right choice for me. I attended a couple more births, then decided to go through formal training. I love helping other moms and dads navigate through this special time. This is my dream job and I am grateful for it every day.

Prenatal Visits
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birthing Support
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula,I will be there for you as early as needed. I will come to your home or meet you at your birth place. I will stay with you throughout labor and after to help establish breastfeeding and answer any questions you might have.
Postpartum support
With my postpartum support, I offer unwavering support to you and your family after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. I offer day or night support.
Placenta Encapsulation
I take great care to turn your placenta into wonderful medicine for you after your birth.
Placenta Encapsulation
I've been encapsulating for about 7 years now. I usually do raw, but am happy to do traditional chinese method if desired. My fee includes picking up the placenta and delivering it back to you in pill form. I also offer tinctures which will be ready 6 weeks after pickup.
